Improve the mobility of the right kidney region (advanced).

WARNING! Kidney problems are one of the main causes of high blood pressure. If your kidney functions improve, it is likely that the dosage of your blood pressure medications will need to be modified. Check your blood pressure regularly, and consult your doctors, nurses, and pharmacists as needed regarding these medications.

Purpose: To free up restrictions in the right kidney region by performing an advanced version of Organ Region Mobility Exercises Stage 4.

Schedule: Perform Organ Region Mobility Exercise Stages 9 and 10 together as a set. This set of exercises should be performed only if you are flexible enough to comfortably execute the hand positions and exercise movements as laid out in the instructions. If you are not quite ready yet, simply continue your self treatment until you are ready to try again at a later date. This exercise set should be performed on two separate days.

Start: Begin by sitting down in a comfortable, upright position with your feet placed firmly on the ground.

Step 1: Place your left and right hands as follows:

Left Hand: position behind and below the right ribcage.
Right Hand: place over the upper margin of the right pelvis.

Step 2: Exert gentle pressure between your hands so that you can feel your hands and body move as one piece. Bend the right kidney region forward, and perform the Core Pump three times in your right kidney region. Bend further forward and repeat.

Step 3: Repeat Step 2, this time bending the right kidney region backward.

Step 4: Repeat Step 2, this time turning the right kidney region to the right.

Step 5: Repeat Step 2, this time turning the right kidney region to the left.

Step 6: Repeat Step 2, this time side-bending the right kidney region to the right.

Step 7: Repeat Step 2, this time side-bending the right kidney region to the left.

Step 8: Move the right hand up so that it rests just below the lower margin of the right ribcage, and repeat Steps 2 - 7. Keep the left hand in the same position.
