Purpose: To squeeze the spleen region like a sponge so that congested fluid is released and circulation improves.
Schedule: Perform Organ Region Decongestion Exercise Stages 1 - 4 together in one session.
Start: Begin by lying flat on your back, using a folded towel to support your neck if needed.
Step 1: Place your left and right hands as follows:
Left Hand: position behind your back and underneath your left ribcage.
Right Hand: place over your left ribcage to cover your spleen.
Step 2: Gently compress the ribcage with your right hand moving towards your left hand.
Step 3: Continue the gentle movements for three minutes while breathing normally.
End: You may feel slightly bent to the left side after this treatment. Perform the Core Pump three times in the spleen region.
Observe: Feel an increase in comfort and the amount of air you can draw into your left side.
Progress: Continue on to Organ Region Decongestion Exercise Stage 3.
