Schedule: Perform Breathing Exercise Stages 8 - 11 together in one session.
Start: Begin by sitting down in a comfortable, upright position with your feet placed firmly on the ground.
Step 1: Place your left and right hands as follows:
Left Hand: place on the lower left side of your abdomen and hold.
Right Hand: place over your belly button.
Step 2: Keeping a hold of your abdomen, turn your internal tissues to the left and then the right several times.
Step 3: Turn your internal tissues to the left as far as you can comfortably do so, and hold.
Step 4: Now slide the internal tissues up and down by performing the Core Pump from Breathing Exercise Stage 6 in your left abdominal region.
Step 5: Turn your internal tissues to the right, and repeat Step 4 above.
End: Repeat steps 2 – 5, moving your left hand up the side of the abdomen after each cycle until the entire left abdomen has been covered.
Observe: Take a few deep breaths and notice the improvement. Move your head and neck around and feel the ease and comfort of the movement.
Progress: You have completed this exercise set! Please continue on to Breathing Exercise Stage 12 when you are ready.
